Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition—unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
